9/25/16 - The plans have arrived.
9/27/16 - The shapes of the forms are cut out.
10/1/16 - The paper forms are glued to a piece of plywood.
10/4/16 - Form 1 is in place.
Several more forms are put into place.
10/5/16 - All 10 forms are in place.
The first three strips on each side are glued into place.
10/6/16 - Several more strips per side are put on.
10/7/16 - The hull is close to being done.

10/12/16 - The hull is sanded and ready for fiberglass.

10/26/16 - Fiberglass cloth is laid on the deck.

The interior of the hull is fiberglassed.
10/30/16 - The inside of the deck is fiberglassed.
10/31/16 - The coaming riser is made from short strips. A fillet of thickened epoxy is added around the bottom.
The underside of the coaming riser is filleted.
11/1/16 - The outside of the coaming riser is prepped for fiberglassing.
The coaming riser is fiberlassed.
11/2/16 - The hatches are outlined on painters tape.
Both hatches are cut out.
11/3/16 - The coaming lip is laminated out of several very thin strips.
Aft hatch lip is made from strips.
11/4/16 - The footbrace studs are epoxied in place.
Hatch lips are fiberglass and rough cut to size.
11/6/16 - The hatch lip spacers are made from scrap paulownia.
11/7/16 - The coaming is sanded and ready for fiberglassing.
Fiberglass cloth is laid on the coaming.
The cloth is saturated with epoxy.
Hatch lips are epoxied in place.
11/8/16 - Holes are drilled for recessed deck fittings.

11/9/16 - The strapless hatch system pieces are epoxied to the hatch covers.
The recessed deck fittings are epoxied in place.
11/11/16 - The bulkheads are built using scrap strips.
The recessed deck fittins are sanded flush with the deck.
The deck and hull are held together using strapping tape.
The bulkheads are fiberglassed.
The inside of the port side shear seem is filled with epoxy and fiberglass tape.
11/13/16 - Wood cable guides are shaped and sealed with epoxy.
The aft bulkhead is installed.
Forward bulkhead is installed.
11/14/16 - The outside of the hull/deck joint is covered with fiberglass tape.
The cable guides are epoxied in place.
The fiberglass tape gets two fill coats of epoxy.
11/17/16 - The rudder cable guide tubes are epoxied in place.
The extra tubing will be cut off when the epoxy cures.
11/19/16 - The boat has been completely sanded.
Sanding dust is washed off.
11/20/16 - First coat of varnish is applied.
