1/18/18 - The condition of the boat when I picked it up.
It just fits on the Jeep.
1/21/18 - The hull before sanding.
The transom is partially sanded.
The transom is sanded and rounded off.
1/22/18 - The hull is sanded.
Several areas where the chines were not rounded off will need to be filled.
This area did not get filled with epoxy.
The interior is sanded.
The inwales are epoxied in place.
1/23/18 -The seats are epoxied in place.

1/25/18 - The centerboard trunk sides are cut out to fit under the thwarts.
Centerboard trunk test fit.
The hole for the centerboard is cut.
The outlines for the under seat bulkheads are traced on marine plywood.
1/26/18 - The oarlock blocks are epoxied in place.
1/27/18 - The centerboard trunk sides are coated with graphite in epoxy.
1/28/18 - The holes in the gunwales are closed with tape.
The boat is flipped so the underside of the inwales can be epoxy coated. View of the centerboard hole here.
The centerboard is laminated out of ironwood and hemlock.
2/1/18 - The rudder is cut from marine plywood.
The forward bulkhead is cut out.
The aft bulkhead is cut out.
Both bulkheads are fiberglassed on one side.
The centerboard is fiberglassed on one side.
The outsides of the centerboard trunk walls are fiberglassed.
The rudder is laminated from two pieces of 1/4" plywood.
2/3/18 - The centerboard trunk walls are epoxied and fiberglassed in place.
2/4/18 - The rudder is shaped and stainted to match the seats.
2/5/18 - Various parts are fiberglassed.
One side of the rudder is fiberglassed.
2/7/18 - The aft bulkhead is epoxied in place.
The other side of the rudder is fiberglassed.
2/8/18 - Ironwood blocks are epoxied in place.
2/10/18 - The square poles are sanded to create rounded off spars.
The mast is test fit.
The mast step is marked off and epoxied in place.
2/12/18 - The hull is washed and the rails are taped off.
The first coat of primer is applied.
2/13/18 - The first coat of primer is sanded with 120 grit paper.
Second coat of primer is applied.
2/15/18 - The first coat of paint is applied.
2/16/18 - The second coat of paint is applied.
2/17/18 - The third coat of paint is applied.
2/18/18 - The sail kit at the beginning.
The first 4 panels are sewn together.
2/20/18 - The sail is fully sewn together and only needs grommets.
2/21/18 - A towing eye is installed on the bow.
The gudgeons and pintles for the rudder are temporarily mounted.
